As a service provider, I agree a scope of work with a client and a price for that service, then I deliver. I like working with some clients more than others, but I recognise that I am there to get the job done. I take pride in my work; I want to please my clients and I often overdeliver.
If I have personal issues, I deal with them and I don’t burden my clients with them unless it is unavoidable. It’s my job. A similar relationship used to exist between employer and employee many years ago; it certainly doesn’t now!
Life happens to all of us; we all have physical and mental health to take care of, but why has the burden of looking after staff health and wellbeing fallen mainly on the employers’ shoulders with accusations of them “not doing enough”? What happened to personal responsibility, pride, integrity, and work ethic?
Thank you for your sharing. I am worried that I lack creative ideas. It is your article that makes me full of hope. Thank you. But, I have a question, can you help me?
I don’t think the title of your article matches the content lol. Just kidding, mainly because I had some doubts after reading the article. https://www.binance.info/en-IN/register?ref=UM6SMJM3
