Are you telling yourself that you are not a good manager? What are you basing that on? Is it ‘false evidence appearing real (FEAR)’?
How are you overcompensating for this feeling? Are you trying too hard to be liked by your employees and therefore tolerating behaviours that make your blood boil? Are you feeling like employment laws are stacked against you and you can’t say what you really feel?
